Don’t just gorge yourself on Thanksgiving dinner. Learn something new and indulge in the vast menu of online courses, available on Black Friday at a fraction of the usual prices. $195 courses for $13? You bet! Udemy has courses on just about anything you can imagine from business to cooking and much more.
Black Friday is upon us again. Personally, I’m not fond of the confusion at the shopping malls and the crowds, so I prefer to stay home and take advantage of online, Black Friday deals! Udemy is the world’s largest provider of online courses and they’re having a huge promotion, starting at only $13 per course, but increasing as we get closer to November 25th.
Many courses cost well over $100 and some around $300, so this is your chance to stock up on some courses and save some bucks!
The courses cover a wide spectrum from business & marketing, computers, health and fitness, photography, cooking and much more. Everything for $15 today. My wife’s Thai Cooking Class has been on Udemy for over a year and is doing so well, that we’re in the process of doing another class which will be available before Christmas. I also have a class my myself on How to Start Your Own Web Design Business. Not only will I be doing another class myself, but I will be helping others to create classes as well, so contact me if you need help starting your own class on Udemy.
A word of advice when selecting a course of interest…
I would urge you to check out the course review before you buy and also the number of people already taking the course. There are a few clinkers in the bunch (like anything else) but if you check out the reviews and number of students enrolled, you’ll be on the right path. Also, just because a course is expensive doesn’t mean it’s a great course! Though many of the higher priced courses (such as the business and programming topics which are generally more involved) there are a few that I would stay clear of. Again, check out reviews and course popularity. If a course has 4 or 5 stars and over 500 students, it’s probably a good course.
As a customer of Udemy myself, along with being a teacher and affiliate, I would not highly recommend anything that I don’t use and enjoy myself. The Black Friday promotion is a HUGE deal and a great way to learn to play a musical instrument, learn Yoga or finally get a grasp on social media and how it works. Also, my wife would really make my life wonderful if you sign up for her Thai Cooking Course!
Thank you all for your continuing support and in return, I will do my best to offer you all the best ways to save and make money! To get started:
A quick note about the reviews and tool links on this site: I am an affiliate for most every product I review or link to. I purchase these products and test them myself in order to create quality reviews. All my reviews are completed as honestly as possible. I make no promises to the vendor prior to writing my review as to the content of the review. Should you click a link on this site that takes you to a paid product, this link will be an affiliate link and I will be paid a percentage of the sales price should you decide to purchase that product.
